Job summary

Gradient is seeking an Experiential Designer to shape immersive brand experiences from concept to production. You will translate client objectives into thoughtful physical environments, using renderings, floor plans, and visualizations to communicate design intent.

The role blends creativity with practical production knowledge, requiring strong storytelling, technical skills, and collaboration with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Experiential Design, Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in experiential design, environmental design, interiors, events, or retail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial design, experiential thinking, and high-quality visualization.
• Experience designing branded environments, activations, events, hospitality spaces, or installations.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for experiential activations, events, installations, pop-ups, and branded environments.
• Translate client briefs and brand identities into compelling spatial experiences.
• Create mood boards, sketches, floor plans, renderings, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and other designers throughout the process.
• Support projects from initial concept through fabrication and onsite execution.
