Job summary

Stratus seeks an innovative Experiential Designer to create branded environments and customer experiences. You will blend traditional design with 3D visualization and AI-powered tools to deliver compelling concepts for sales and marketing.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Development to develop immersive visuals and client-facing presentations that meet brand standards and project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to translate ideas into engaging visual experiences and presentations.
• Experience creating client-facing presentations with strong storytelling and professional design standards.
• Working knowledge of exterior signage, interior branding, environmental graphics, or visual brand systems.
• Ability to interpret architectural elevations, floor plans, and project documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Experience with 3D visualization, rendering, or spatial modeling.
• Ability to adapt AI-generated outputs into customer-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop experiential concepts and branded environment solutions for opportunities and pursuits.
• Translate goals and brand standards into visual representations.
• Create mood boards, renderings, visualization packages, and design narratives for sales/marketing.
• Develop interior and exterior branded environment concepts including signage and wayfinding.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and concept development.
• Refine AI-generated concepts to align with customer objectives and project requirements.
• Combine AI assets with traditional design methods for presentation-ready deliverables.
• Stay current with design technologies and visualization tools.
