Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related design field.
• 7+ years of professional experiential design experience.
• Experience leading projects from strategy to implementation.
• Strong portfolio of environmental graphics, wayfinding, and branded environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential design strategies from visioning to implementation.
• Develop human-centered experiences aligned with client goals.
• Create narratives across physical, digital, and interactive media.
• Guide projects through design development to fabrication and install.
• Ensure design quality and consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, strategists, and engineers.
• Mentor junior designers and lead interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to new opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging tech.
