Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related design field.
• 7+ years of professional experiential design experience.
• Strong portfolio of environmental graphics, wayfinding, and exhibits.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential design strategies from visioning and discovery through implementation.
• Develop human-centered experiences aligned with client goals and brand.
• Create narratives translating ideas into physical, digital, and interactive experiences.
• Guide projects through concept, schematic, design development, and documentation.
• Ensure design excellence, quality control, and cohesive deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
