Job summary

MATTE PROJECTS is seeking a Senior Experiential Designer to lead high-end experiential designs for diverse clients in a fast-paced environment. Report to the Creative Director and work with creatives and client directors to translate strategies into integrated designs for built environments.

You will shepherd the project from concept through production, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maintain standards and push creative boundaries while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Lead environmental design on assigned projects, from concept to production.
• Coordinate with producers, clients, and vendors to deliver final builds.
• Translate renderings and 3D designs into technical drawings with CAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead aspects of experiential production design from green light through delivery.
• Collaborate with outside vendors (lighting, sound, etc.) to guide specialty design.
• Represent MATTE from a design POV and mentor team members.
