The team values craft, collaboration, and storytelling across physical environments. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of relevant experience, a strong built-work portfolio, and proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe CC, and Figma.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in environmental/spatial/experiential design.
• Portfolio showing completed, built work beyond renderings.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, scale, and materials.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe CC, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Own design development for environmental and experiential projects end-to-end.
• Define vision, requirements, and timelines with leadership and stakeholders.
• Design wayfinding systems, signage, and branded graphics.
• Develop detailed technical drawings and production-ready files.
• Solve design and production challenges throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage your timelines and communicate progress and risks.
• Contribute to brainstorms, reviews, and new business pitches.
