Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, interior design, furniture, or experiential design.
• Strong portfolio showing work in physical environments and brand touchpoints.
• Proficiency in 3D spatial software and 2D tools (Rhino/SketchUp/Revit, Figma, Adobe CS).
• Ability to explain design decisions to partners from diverse backgrounds.
• Adaptability to shifting project needs while maintaining brand direction.
• Detail-oriented with expertise in spatial layout, materiality, and FF&E.
• Must be able to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week (up to 5 days encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential design for spaces across retail, events, and brand partnerships.
• Hands-on creator driving projects from sketches to final execution.
• Collaborate with video, photography, marketing, retail, and facilities teams.
• Design with storytelling through color, materiality, and space planning.
• Translate briefs into compelling spaces for pop-ups and flagship experiences.
• Select finishes and FF&E aligning with brand and budgets.
• Present executable concept designs and visual narratives to stakeholders.
