Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Lead Design Manager to lead the conceptualization, design, and build-out of our Retail, Service, and Delivery locations.

This multifaceted individual contributor role sits within the Commercial Development team and drives design development across Rivian’s real estate portfolio — including new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives for service centers, delivery hubs, and retail spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing built commercial interiors and architecture.
• Experience leading design projects across phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development across multiple projects within Rivian's real estate portfolio.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Construction, and Brand teams.
• Ensure alignment with Rivian design guidelines and standards.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables.
