Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and review KPIs to evaluate impact and effectiveness of solutions.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and managerial support to Product Managers.
• Lead the Experience product management lifecycle across journeys and platforms.
• Partner with Technology, Design, and other teams to align experience and tech roadmaps.
• Champion the client experience across sub-products and platforms.
• Diagnose friction and drive enhancements through partnerships.
• Drive feature roadmap development to deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Foster innovation and leverage new technologies to improve customer experience.
