Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Experience Designer to rebuild key Credly experiences across web and mobile and set the standard for how credentials support career growth. You will own complex web and mobile experiences from discovery to launch, partnering with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into design direction.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product design, UX design, experience design, or related discipline.
Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shipped web and mobile products with process, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
Experience building a product from ground up or substantially reimagining an existing experience.
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering from discovery through delivery and post-launch evaluation.
Experience with mixed-method research and Agile/Lean UX environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product design for complex web and mobile experiences from discovery through prototypes, launch, and iteration.
Lead discovery with Product, conduct user research, translate insights into design direction.
Redesign Credly’s Workforce B2B and B2C experiences.
Conduct usability tests, interviews, and contextual inquiry; combine findings with analytics to inform decisions.
Design responsive, accessible experiences across devices (edge cases, errors, empty states).
Use prototypes and AI tools to speed exploration and testing.
