Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead UX/product design for PrudentialPeak®, shaping, scaling, and personalizing digital experiences for policyholders and their loved ones.

You will partner with marketing, product, technology, and compliance to deliver end‑to‑end experiences, translate insights into actionable design, and guide cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Design, UX or equivalent with end-to-end product thinking
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or related consumer product
• Strong information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design skills
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, technology, operations, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and business priorities into design recommendations
• Create information architecture, flows, prototypes, and touchpoints to drive measurable outcomes
• Identify patterns across journeys to propose new product opportunities and roadmap priorities
• Apply human-centered design to define problems, generate concepts, and refine solutions
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, product, and SMEs to deliver feasible design solutions
• Communicate design decisions with clear rationale grounded in customer insight and business goals
• Plan and facilitate cross-functional sessions to align on challenges and decisions
• Analyze experiences to identify friction, accessibility gaps, and opportunities for improvement
