Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role improving digital product experiences.
• Experience designing across web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable design decisions.
• Understanding of inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems across products and platforms.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to improve navigation and findability.
• Use data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and extract insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessible, inclusive design.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and research findings.
• Analyze market trends and user research to inform strategy.
• Design key parts of the card shopping funnel (discovery to application entry).
• Build with design system and adapt where necessary for goals.
