Job summary

Chase is seeking an Experience Design Senior Associate to help shape the UX of our digital products within the Agentic team. You will translate user needs into polished UI, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and apply accessibility guidelines to reach a diverse user base.

You will create reusable UI components in Figma, guide design decisions with storytelling, and partner with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of the intended experience across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role focused on digital products/services.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI craft and polished final UI.
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant, consistent UI across products and platforms.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding for user-centric designs.
