The role reports to the Market President and collaborates with Client Management and Strategy to ensure integrated account development.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in sales with leadership experience, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of industry related experience; minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Sales management experience including recruitment, selection and development of new sales representatives.
• Excellent knowledge of sales management processes to develop and execute account penetration strategies.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive growth.
