Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Exercise Planner to support organizational mission performance through planning, analysis, and management of complex joint and multinational exercises. The role requires translating concepts into actionable operational plans and briefs for senior leadership.

The position involves travel up to 20% and requires a Secret clearance plus a Bachelor’s degree. CGSC/ILE or equivalent education enhances qualifications and eligibility for senior assignments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program.
• Experience with JELC, MDMP, ADM and JPP.
• Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Office 365 environment.
• Ability to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and prepare and provide senior-level COAs briefs.

• Provide technical services to perform operational planning analysis, exercise support, and project management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to execute exercise programs.
• Develop and briefs senior leaders on exercise concepts and plans.
