Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Exercise Planner to help improve mission performance through operational planning analysis, exercise support, and project management for defense clients in the Indo-Pacific region.

You will develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures using Microsoft Office and SharePoint to tell realistic stories, and you should be prepared to travel up to 20% while maintaining a Secret clearance and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program.
• Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP).
• Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment.
• Ability to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and prepare and provide senior-level concept of operation briefs.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Graduate of CGSC ILE or Component Education.
