Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Exercise Planner to support global defense missions. You will develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of exercise plans and procedures, using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Joint Training Platform tools to craft realistic stories and drive improvements.

You will engage with clients to identify threats, gaps, or risks, translating challenges into actionable recommendations, and you may travel up to 20% while supporting security

Qualifications

5+ years of experience planning and executing joint and service level exercises.
Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), MDMP, ADM, and JPP.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures.
Create rich content using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Joint Training Platform tools.
Identify client challenges, threats, gaps, or risks and provide actionable recommendations.
