Job summary

Bowhead seeks an Exercise Support Senior Planner to join at Robins AFB, GA. The role involves developing exercise concepts, objectives, and scenarios with MSELs, injects, and schedules. You will draft plans, coordinate logistics, and support funding requests while delivering daily SITREPs for evaluators.

You will analyze post-exercise data, identify improvements, and help create corrective action plans, maintaining a repository of reports and SOPs for the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree.
• 5+ years in joint exercise planning with JELC experience.
• CWPC, DCAPES or equivalent planning training or five years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop exercise concepts, objectives, and scenarios including MSELs and injects.
• Produce planning conference materials, execution plans, and SITREPs.
• Assist in coordination of logistics, funding requests, and documentation.
• Provide data analysis and recommendations for corrective actions post-exercise.
• Maintain SOPs and reference materials for the exercise lifecycle.
