Job summary

Delta Solutions and Strategies Bowhead seeks an Exercise Support Senior Planner to join our team at Robins AFB, GA. The role focuses on developing exercise concepts, objectives, scenarios, MSELs, and training schedules for comprehensive exercises.

You will coordinate logistics, support the ECG/White Cell during live exercise execution, and draft daily SITREPs and post-exercise analyses to inform corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 5+ years in joint exercise planning.
• CWPC/DCAPES/JEMEC/JMPC/JAOPC/JHOC or equivalent training or 5+ years of related experience.
• Familiar with FE requirements and AFFORGEN Certification processes.
• Experience with Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) processes and deployment/exercise management.

Responsibilities

• Develop exercise concepts, objectives, scenarios, MSELs, injects and training schedules.
• Create planning conference materials and execution plans.
• Coordinate exercise logistics (scheduling, facilities, equipment).
• Draft funding requests (travel costs, procurement).
• Provide advisory support to ECG/White Cell; manage MSEL flow and daily SITREPs.
• Post-exercise data analysis; identify strengths/weaknesses and recommendations.
• Maintain data repository and perform data analysis; ensure data provenance.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and AAR findings; document meeting minutes.
• Create Government Continuity and Operations Handbook with SOPs for lifecycle.
• Other duties as assigned.
