Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program.
• Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), MDMP, ADM and JPP.
• Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level.
• Ability to interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership.
• Ability to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and provide senior-level briefs.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree; CGSC ILE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to perform operational planning analysis, exercise support and project management.
• Develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Listen to client challenges in the Indo-Pacific region and identify threats, gaps, or risks to explore.
• Provide space for recommendations that will make a lasting, real-world impact.
