Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced exercise planner to support global defense mission performance. You will develop and measure plans, create content in MS Office and SharePoint, and translate client challenges into actionable recommendations.

You will interact with senior leadership and manage the lifecycle from concept to operation briefs in a high-security environment. Position requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and readiness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program.
• Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), MDMP, Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP).
• Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment.
• Ability to interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership.
• Ability to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and prepare and provide senior-level concept of operation briefs.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC) Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or Component Equivalent
