CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Senior Associate for its National Tax Exempt (NExT) team in the Dallas area. You will collaborate with clients on tax compliance and advisory work, focusing on exempt and corporate tax issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and four years of tax experience; CPA exam eligibility is preferred. You will mentor associates, manage engagements, and help drive efficiency through new tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Four years of relevant tax experience required.
• CPA exam eligibility or CPA/CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to provide customized tax compliance and advisory services, working with the tax team on complex issues.
• Demonstrate exempt and corporate tax technical skills.
• Manage engagements from scoping through delivery, with increasing ownership of timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
• Learn new software and assist with standardized templates and tools.
• Leverage technology and automation to drive efficiency and accuracy in client service.
• Mentor associates and interns to build a high-performing Exempt Tax team.
