CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Houston seeks a Senior Associate to join our National Tax Exempt (NExT) team. You will collaborate with clients to provide customized tax compliance and advisory services, and work with tax team members to identify and research complex issues, while leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, four years of relevant experience, CPA exam eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Four years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in business services or consulting is preferred.
• CPA exam eligibility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with clients to provide customized tax compliance and advisory services.
• Demonstrate exempt tax and corporate tax technical skills.
• Manage engagements from scoping to delivery, owning timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
• Learn new software and help develop standardized templates and tools.
• Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.
• Mentor associates and interns to build a high-performing Exempt Tax team.
