Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Senior Associate to join our National Tax Exempt (NExT) team in Orlando, FL. You will collaborate with clients to provide customized tax compliance and advisory services and work with tax team members to address complex issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and four years of relevant experience; CPA exam eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Four years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in business services or consulting is preferred.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to provide customized tax compliance and tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues
• Demonstrate exempt tax and corporate tax technical skills
• Manage engagements from scoping through delivery, with increasing ownership of timelines, budgets, and client relationships
• Learn new software and assist with development of standardized templates and tools
• Leverage technology and automation to drive efficiency, accuracy, and a best-in-class client experience
• Mentor associates and interns, helping build a high-performing, collaborative Exempt Tax team
