Meta is seeking an Executive Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical partner to Meta's senior leadership. You will own the end-to-end technology ecosystem for Meta's most senior leaders, spanning in-office operations, travel, residential infrastructure, event production, and strategic programs.

You will operate as a domain expert, shaping the team’s long-term strategy, leading programs with VP-level visibility, and defining multi-year roadmaps with full autonomy.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of IT/enterprise engineering experience
• 5+ years of direct experience supporting C-suite or equivalent executive population
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with VP-level visibility
• Expert knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, network infrastructure, security principles, and cloud/SaaS environments
• Experience owning technical compliance processes (e.g., legal holds, data retention, eDiscovery)
• Program management expertise with timelines, vendor relationships, and multi-month delivery schedules
• Experience with Google Workspace administration at an enterprise level
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and AI ethics practices
• Proficiency in automation and scripting for tooling
• Experience with enterprise video conferencing and AV systems
• Residential/home technology infrastructure familiarity
• VR/AR/MR hardware experience preferred
• Vendor management experience in scoping, procurement, and delivery oversight
• Crisis management and cross-functional escalation coordination
