Job summary

Target is seeking a Sr. Executive Team Leader (ETL) in Fargo to run a profitable growth business that serves families every day. You will lead a team of experts dedicated to guest satisfaction, develop leaders who care for guests and colleagues, and drive omnichannel and store profitability.

Responsibilities include delivering guest experiences, coaching ETLs, analyzing metrics, planning staffing, and implementing best practices across operations, safety and merchandise protection.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest-first culture on your team.
• Retail fundamentals: sales trends, inventory, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions.
• Plan department workload monthly/quarterly and manage a team to meet sales goals.
• Leverage competitor insights to drive objectives.
• Lead multi-level leaders; create strategies and goals.
• Recruiting, selecting and talent management of hourly and exempt team members and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Hold ETLs accountable for guest experiences through operations, training and recognition.
• Review area metrics; identify gaps and take action to improve.
• Lead and develop ETLs to elevate team performance.
• Plan staffing and schedules to support business needs and profitability.
• Drive total store sales and omnichannel growth; contribute to total store profitability.
• Lead safety, security and compliance across the department.
• Protect merchandise and lead training on loss prevention.
