Job summary

BECU is seeking an Executive Recruiter to partner with senior leaders, shape the strategy for leadership hiring, and build diverse, high-impact pipelines. You’ll engage with executives, map talent markets, and lead end-to-end recruiting initiatives in a fast-changing financial services environment.

You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team supporting nationwide roles, with some remote work options and in-office days as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting at senior leadership level.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, HR, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive hiring leaders to understand goals and leadership needs.
• Design market intelligence and research strategies for executive hiring.
• Research competitors and industry trends to build talent leads.
• Provide trusted talent consultation to multiple business units.
• Lead and optimize executive recruiting processes and candidate experience.
