BECU is seeking an Executive Recruiter to shape the future of our leadership team. You will partner with senior leaders to understand priorities, conduct market intelligence, and build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.

This high-visibility role collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team, offering remote or hybrid work options and opportunities to influence executive hiring at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience primarily recruiting at the senior leadership (vice president and above) level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive hiring leaders to understand strategic goals and leadership needs.
• Design and execute targeted research and talent mapping strategies for executive hiring.
• Research competitors and market data to identify opportunities and inform talent strategies.
• Provide guidance and support for executive-level recruiting initiatives across business units.
• Develop sustainable long-term recruiting strategies and partnerships for leadership roles.
• Lead and evaluate executive recruiting processes, adopting best practices and new tools.
