Job summary

BECU, a financial institution serving 1.5 million members, seeks an Executive Recruiter to shape leadership hiring and partner with executives to build strong leadership pipelines and strategic talent programs.

You will drive market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end executive recruitment for senior leaders, aligning with business priorities and culture. Hybrid/remote options supported with in-office days in Tukwila, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or HR or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of senior leadership (VP+) recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive hiring leaders to understand goals, priorities, and leadership needs.
• Design and execute targeted research and talent mapping strategies for executive roles.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and pipelines.
• Provide trusted consultation to business units for executive recruiting initiatives.
• Develop and implement long-term executive recruiting strategies and partnerships.
