Global Payments is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to partner with senior leaders and shape our in-house Executive Recruiting function. You will manage complex searches from strategy development to close, delivering trusted talent advisory across business and corporate functions.

You will build diverse talent pipelines, maintain confidentiality, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while aligning recruiting strategies with Global Payments' leadership goals and market

As we continue to grow our in-house Executive Recruiting function, we are seeking an experienced executive recruiter to partner with senior leaders and help attract exceptional talent across our businesses and corporate functions.The ideal candidate will have experience leading executive searches and serving as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders. They will bring informed perspectives on talent markets, assessment approaches, competitive insights, and executive hiring best practices while demonstrating sound judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and elevate the Executive Recruiting function while having a meaningful impact on Global Payments' continued growth and leadership strategy.What you will doMaintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information regarding all internal and external candidates, always exercising discretion and integrityPartner with the Head of Executive Recruiting to build and elevate the Executive Search function at Global PaymentsServe as a trusted talent advisor to executive leadership, leading complex searches from strategy development through successful closeEnsure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the search process through proactive communication, thoughtful engagement, timely follow-up, and seamless coordinationDevelop and maintain relationships with executive talent for current and future opportunities through targeted outreach, market engagement, and long-term talent pipelining strategiesLead and prioritize inclusive sourcing efforts to support the attraction and hiring of diverse leadership talent. Help shape strategies that strengthen representation across leadership and technology organizationsOwn the offer process and experience, leading executive offer negotiations and partnering with key internal stakeholders through successful closeThrough the use of digital intelligence tools, AI, Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn, social media, and market research, identify and engage executive talent, develop long-lists, and drive conversion to strong short-lists and successful hiresLeverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and talent analytics to inform search strategies and hiring decisionsServe as an ambassador for Global Payments, demonstrating strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the company's strategy, products, markets, competitors, and executive talent landscapeWhat you bring7+ years of experience identifying, engaging, and recruiting executive leadership talent within an Executive Search firm and/or an in-house Executive Search functionProven track record of building trust and credibility with senior executives and leadership teamsExceptional professional judgment, strong executive presence, and a direct, transparent communication style with the ability to maintain strict confidentialityStrong consulting and influencing skills with demonstrated success partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationKnowledgeable about key industry sectors including fintech, eCommerce, digital media/internet, travel, retailEffective problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate across functions, cut through complexity, and deliver results in rapidly changing environmentsAdvanced executive sourcing and market-mapping capabilities, including Boolean search, talent research, social media sourcing, and candidate generation across multiple channelsDemonstrated ability to synthesize market intelligence and talent insights into actionable recommendations, including talent trends, opportunities, competitive intelligence, and organizational risksStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex executive searches simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to assess executive talent and provide informed recommendations on leadership capability, organizational fit, and market competitivenessGlobal Payments perks - what we’ll bring for youWe know it’s bigger than just your career.
