Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead executive searches and own Director-level and above hiring for every part of the business: GTM, Corporate Functions, and Product & Technology. This is a full-cycle, high-visibility role partnering with senior leaders and the executive team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including at least 4 years focused on Director-level and above or executive search.
• Proven track record closing senior hires across multiple functions, ideally covering GTM, Corporate Functions and Product & Technology.
• Experience in an in-house TA team at a high-growth technology or SaaS company, or at a retained executive search firm.
• Strong direct sourcing skills, with demonstrated success engaging passive senior candidates.
• Ability to assess leadership capability and functional expertise, and to give candid, evidence-based recommendations to senior executives.
• Strong offer negotiation and closing skills, including complex executive compensation (base, bonus, equity, sign-on).
• Executive presence and the confidence to advise, influence and push back with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Highly organized, able to manage several concurrent senior searches with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for Director, Senior Director, VP and C-suite roles across GTM, Corporate Functions and P&T, managing a concurrent portfolio of senior searches.
• Run intake sessions with hiring executives to define role, success profile, leadership competencies, compensation range and target talent pools.
• Build search strategies and market maps, including target companies, competitor org intel and passive-candidate pipelines.
• Source and engage senior passive talent directly through networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Assess candidates for leadership capability, functional depth, scale experience and culture fit, and present calibrated shortlists with summaries.
• Design and coordinate structured executive interview processes, including panel planning and interviewer prep.
• Manage offers end to end: compensation benchmarking, offer strategy, negotiation, references and closing.
• Keep all executive searches in Greenhouse as the system of record; resumes, interviews, feedback, offers.
