• Experience supporting multiple senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and shifting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own calendars and time allocation for finance leadership team; make independent trade-off calls.
• Prepare executives for meetings with pre-reads, context, and decisions needed (board/investor sessions).
• Capture actions from meetings and drive them to completion.
