The Senior Executive Support Analyst provides high-touch technology support for senior leaders, serving as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, coordinates issue resolution, and helps ensure executive meetings and events run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Relationship Management
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for senior leaders, executive assistants, and support partners on technology needs.
- Anticipate executive technology needs by understanding working styles, meeting cadence, travel patterns, and recurring support requirements.
- Coordinate white-glove support expectations and ensure executive requests are prioritized appropriately.
Executive Event Support
- Coordinate technology readiness for board meetings, critical executive meetings, and designated executive-facing events.
- Confirm that videoconferencing, audiovisual, collaboration tools, and meeting spaces are tested and ready before events.
- Provide onsite or remote event support and complete post-event follow-up to close gaps before future sessions.
Incident Coordination
- Monitor executive-impacting incidents and coordinate communication, escalation, and resolution through the appropriate Technology teams.
- Provide timely, practical updates to executives and executive assistants during disruptions.
- Partner with service desk, infrastructure, and application teams to drive time-sensitive issues to closure.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues, service trends, and opportunities to improve the executive technology experience.
- Recommend practical improvements to executive support standards, event readiness, and incident response processes.
- Maintain useful records of executive requests, incidents, and event support to inform operational reviews.
Accountability
- Executive technology needs are anticipated and met with minimal disruption.
- Executive events and board meetings run smoothly from a technology standpoint.
- Executive-impacting incidents are coordinated, communicated, and escalated promptly.
- Recurring issues are identified and addressed through practical service improvements.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of technology support experience, including prior experience supporting executives.
- Experience with executive meeting technology, videoconferencing systems, endpoint hardware, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
- Strong communication, discretion, judgment, and service orientation when supporting senior leaders and confidential matters.
- Ability to work onsite four to five days per week and flex around executive schedules as needed.
- Self-motivated and able to manage daily priorities, follow established procedures, and complete assigned support activities with limited day-to-day direction.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Individual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
