You’ll work directly under Executive Chef & General Manager Chase Schnatter, guiding day-to-day kitchen operations and executing his culinary vision.

This senior role offers ownership of the kitchen, with opportunities to influence daily specials and seasonal menu changes as the restaurant grows its leadership team.

Qualifications

• Significant sous chef or senior kitchen leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations and ensure food quality and kitchen execution.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and service.
