Mesh Louisville, part of Cunningham Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will oversee menu execution, food quality, and team development while driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, mentors diverse kitchen staff, and upholds the highest standards of hospitality and food safety. This role reports to the culinary leadership and supports company goals.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and international cuisines.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Food safety and sanitation certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a culinary vision and strategy for each restaurant concept.
• Create and update menus, ensuring they are on-trend and seasonally relevant.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee food quality, portioning, and plating; manage inventory and costs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain a clean kitchen.
