IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional for its Executive Risk Solutions practice. You will educate internal teams on management liability products, market renewals, and negotiate favorable terms with markets.

The role requires a college degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with CFOs/CLOs. Travel may be required and a license is expected where applicable.

Qualifications

• College degree; advanced degree (JD/MBA) given special consideration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organization.
• Ability to respond calmly in a fast-paced environment; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal distribution channels to educate on management liability products.
• Market new and renewal business for clients with complex risk profiles.
• Analyze client financials and insurance contracts for improvements.
• Negotiate terms with markets; secure favorable program terms.
• Develop underwriter relationships and understand executive liability marketplace.
• Communicate policy forms differences to internal and external contacts.
