Job summary

National Grid is seeking an Executive Reward Manager to shape and deliver executive compensation programs for senior leaders. Hybrid role in Brooklyn, NY or Waltham, MA, partnering with Legal, Tax and HR to ensure compliant, competitive rewards.

You will influence key reward decisions, drive process improvements, and manage global mobility vendors while benchmarking against the market.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Compensation, Executive Reward or Total Rewards within a large, complex organisation.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, including Excel and reward systems.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on complex reward matters.
• Knowledge of Hay Job evaluation and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on executive hiring, promotions, retention awards and succession planning.
• Manage end-to-end executive reward lifecycle: proposals, offers, buyouts and documentation.
• Design and evaluate executive packages, including equity and long-term incentives.
• Lead annual salary, bonus and long-term incentive review cycles.
