Job summary

National Grid is seeking a Global Recruitment Operations Manager to govern performance, reporting and governance for a global recruitment function. This hybrid role can be based in Brooklyn, Waltham or Syracuse, with hybrid working expectations aligning to business needs.

You will partner with Legal, Ethics, Compliance, Risk and Audit to manage recruitment-related risks while driving efficiency, cost optimisation and transformation initiatives across UK and US teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in recruitment operations, governance and analytics.
• Strong budget management and commercial acumen.
• Experience leading risk, audit, and policy-related activities.
• Experience in large, global organisations.
• Ability to translate data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate recruitment strategy into actionable programmes and operational capabilities.
• Enable successful delivery and sustainable adoption of strategic change across the recruitment function.
• Lead Data Reporting and Insights.
• Own the recruitment reporting and analytics framework across the UK and US.
• Develop performance measures, KPI reporting and executive dashboards.
• Oversee budget, headcount and resource planning processes.
• Lead recruitment governance and assurance activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate recruitment-related audits, regulatory submissions and compliance reporting.
