Veeam is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle searches for VP and SVP roles in the US and abroad. You will partner with senior leaders, build strong pipelines, and deliver a world-class executive recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, focusing on VP/SVP level placements.
• Technology-industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle executive search processes in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle executive search processes for VP and SVP level positions in the US and abroad, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offers, and onboarding readiness.
• Partner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to define position specs and targeted recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of executive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate leadership, culture fit, and functional proficiency.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.
• Coordinate onboarding touchpoints and first-day logistics with hiring leader’s office and People & Culture.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for executive recruitment and selection criteria.
• Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence for executive talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
