Job summary

Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company headquartered in Seattle, is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to drive full-lifecycle searches for VP and SVP roles, across the US and internationally. You will partner with senior leaders to design targeted strategies and build strong pipelines of executive talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, with VP/SVP focus.
• Technology-industry experience preferred.
• Strong collaborative communication skills across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-lifecycle executive search processes for VP and SVP levels, US and abroad.
• Partner with C-level executives to develop position specifications and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain executive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and industry relationships.
• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities, culture fit, and proficiency.
• Provide high-touch candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.
• Coordinate post-offer onboarding touchpoints with hiring leader's office and People & Culture.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for executive recruitment and selection criteria.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
