Veeam is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle searches for VP and SVP roles in the US and internationally. You will partner with C-level leaders, map talent, and manage pipelines to ensure top leadership aligns with business strategy.

You will advise hiring panels, benchmark compensation, and maintain high ethical standards while ensuring a world-class candidate experience and strict confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in executive recruiting, focusing on VP/SVP placements.
• Technology-industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle executive searches in dynamic environments.
• Strong collaborative communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies and talent mapping.
• A data-driven, process-oriented mindset for pipelines and reporting.
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in every engagement.
• Experience with ATS and CRM systems for executive recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-lifecycle executive search processes for VP/SVP roles in the US and abroad.
• Partner with C-level executives to define position specs and strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines through direct sourcing and networking.
• Assess leadership capabilities and cultural fit through in-depth evaluations.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience with timely communication.
• Guide hiring managers on practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
• Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
