Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with executive search or senior leadership focus.
• Experience recruiting Director+ level talent.
• Experience in corporate in-house or retained search firms.
• Proven success managing complex, confidential executive searches.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience with executive search methodologies and sourcing tools.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search strategies for Director-level and above leadership.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate objectives into hiring and succession plans.
• Deliver market intelligence and talent insights for workforce planning.
• Build diverse executive talent pipelines for immediate and long-term growth.

• Elevate candidate experience with proactive engagement and high-touch relationships.
