Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking experienced recruiters to support government and public-sector searches across executive, leadership, management, professional, and specialized roles.

Responsibilities may include sourcing, screening, full-cycle recruitment, and leading searches from kickoff to placement. Candidates with experience in government or public-sector hiring are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with clients and candidates is essential.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Experience conducting candidate screening and interviews to assess fit.

Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring needs and search priorities.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive ones.
• Screen candidates and present summaries of experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
• Keep recruiting records up to date and provide search updates.
• Support reference checks, offers, and placement coordination as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an organized search process.
