• Develop search strategies and candidate profiles.
• Identify, approach, and assess executive and senior leadership candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews and prepare clear candidate recommendations.
• Advise hiring managers, executives, boards, or selection committees.
• Coordinate candidate presentations, interviews, and client feedback.
• Support reference checks, offer discussions, and placement follow-through.
• Maintain accurate search records and communicate progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Coordinate with recruiting and research support when assigned.
