Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking experienced recruiters to identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for management, director-level, executive, and specialized roles. You may handle full-cycle recruiting or select stages of a search, depending on assignment and strengths.

The role welcomes recruiters with expertise in operations, finance, human resources, technology, engineering, administration, and infrastructure, with emphasis on government and public-sector hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting professional, management, leadership, or specialized talent.
• Ability to engage candidates who are not actively seeking a new position.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate client hiring requirements into recruiting and sourcing plans.
• Find and engage candidates through outreach, networks, referrals, and platforms.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess experience, qualifications, and interest.
• Prepare candidate summaries and present qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain candidate communication.
• Track recruiting activity and keep candidate records current.
• Provide updates on pipeline progress and recruiting challenges.
• Support reference checks, offer coordination, and placement follow-through.
