Job summary

AlphaGov, the government and public-sector division of Casa Moon LLC, is seeking recruiters and sourcing specialists to support searches across executive, leadership, and specialized roles. You may handle candidate sourcing, screening, full-cycle recruiting, or lead a search from kickoff to placement.

• Experience in recruiting, executive search, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
• Ability to find and engage candidates for professional, leadership, or specialized positions.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential candidate and client information.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s hiring needs, position requirements, and search priorities.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates against requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with summaries of experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and follow-up.
• Maintain recruiting records and provide timely search updates.
• Support reference checks, offer discussions, and placement coordination as required.
• Collaborate with AlphaGov team to deliver an organized search process.

About AlphaGov

AlphaGov is the government and public-sector division of Casa Moon LLC. We help public-sector organizations address workforce challenges through executive search, recruiting, workforce planning, and workforce intelligence.

We are inviting recruiters, executive search consultants, and sourcing specialists to apply for current and upcoming recruiting opportunities. We welcome experience across industries, functions, and seniority levels.

The Opportunity

Support searches for executive, leadership, management, professional, and specialized positions. Depending on your background and the assignment, your involvement may include candidate sourcing, screening, full-cycle recruiting, or leading a search from kickoff through placement.

Searches may involve administration, finance, human resources, technology, engineering, infrastructure, operations, economic development, and other specialized functions.

What You’ll Do

• Understand the client’s hiring needs, position requirements, and search priorities.

• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates against established requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries of their experience and fit.

• Maintain accurate recruiting records and provide timely search updates.
• Support reference checks, offer discussions, and placement coordination as required.
• Collaborate with AlphaGov’s team to deliver an organized, responsive search process.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from search firms, staffing agencies, in-house recruiting teams, RPO providers, and independent recruiting practices. You do not need experience across every function listed above.

Preferred Experience — Not Required

• Recruiting for local, state, or federal government organizations, public utilities, higher education, or other public-sector entities.
• Executive or senior leadership searches.
• Hard-to-fill professional or technical recruiting.
• Working with hiring committees, senior executives, or multiple stakeholders.
• Managing several searches at the same time.
