Responsibilities

• Prepare candidate summaries and present qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain candidate communication.
• Track recruiting activity and keep candidate records current.
• Provide updates on pipeline progress and recruiting challenges.
• Support reference checks, offer coordination, and placement follow-through.

We are connecting with experienced recruiters for upcoming leadership and professional search engagements. AlphaGov is currently pursuing six government executive and senior leadership search contracts.

Private-sector recruiting experience is welcome. Government experience is preferred, not required.

The Opportunity

Help identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for management, director-level, executive, and specialized professional positions. Your responsibilities may include full-cycle recruiting or selected stages of a search, depending on your strengths and the assignment. We welcome recruiters with expertise in one or several functions, including operations, finance, human resources, technology, engineering, administration, and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Translate client hiring requirements into practical recruiting and sourcing plans
• Find and engage candidates through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, and recruiting platforms
• Conduct screening interviews and assess relevant experience, qualifications, and interest
• Prepare candidate summaries and present qualified applicants
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain candidate communication
• Track recruiting activity and keep candidate records current
• Provide timely updates on pipeline progress and recruiting challenges
• Support reference checks, offer coordination, and placement follow-through as assigned
• Collaborate with AlphaGov's search leads and project team
