LHH Recruitment Solutions, a division of the Adecco Group, is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead full lifecycle direct-hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles across premier clients. You will interview candidates, build new client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

You’ll participate in the NCT paid training, with remote or hybrid work options after graduation, backed by supportive management and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or five years professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
• High adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles.
• Interview candidates and match them with dream organizations and careers.
• Identify new Clients while focusing on existing Clients.
• Collaborate with Clients and Candidates to drive business results.
