You will leverage established client relationships, a dedicated delivery team, and a robust pipeline to place professionals from Senior Accountant to CFO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience running a 360 recruiting desk.
• Background in Accounting & Finance recruiting.
• Proven track record of client development and production.

• Someone motivated by building a meaningful book of business.

Madison-Davis is expanding our Accounting & Finance search practice in New York and looking for an experienced recruiter to run a true 360 desk.

This is an opportunity to step into an established platform with active client relationships, strong job flow, and a dedicated delivery team behind you. You'll focus on building client partnerships and closing searches while leveraging the infrastructure of a firm that has been trusted by financial institutions and high-growth companies for decades.

Our team places Accounting & Finance professionals from Senior Accountant through CFO, working with organizations across financial services, technology, healthcare, real estate, consumer, and professional services.

For the right recruiter, this role offers the chance to build a significant desk while helping shape the next phase of growth for the practice.

What You'll Do
