Job summary

Lyft is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support a VP, CIO, and Director within the Foundations & AI Transformation organization. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and help organize org-wide initiatives.

You will join a team of three EBPs, collaborating on org-wide projects and priorities. You enjoy an energetic environment, stay highly organized, build strong relationships, and help streamline busy days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant for a C-level executive.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• High organization and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the executive’s complex calendar, travel, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate coverage across CSP Leaders with EBPs to ensure consistency.
• Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and identify visibility gaps.
• Plan offsites and team events; track progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Provide mentorship to other EBPs and manage budgets/expenses.
• Partner with Office Operations and IT to ensure resources and hybrid meeting setup.
